Memorandum to All Referees

  $ 500.00 Educational Bursaries Available

American Income Life – Canada, one of the ODHA’s premier sponsors will be providing a $ 500.00 bursary for one referee graduating from high school in the spring of 2008. The award will be presented by an AIL- Canada representative at the 2007/08 AGM in June 2008.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• All referees registered in the Branch and in good standing, are eligible;
• You must be graduating from high school in 2008;
• You must be pursuing a career requiring further education or training (e.g. university, college, trade school etc.).

HOW TO APPLY

Complete an application form (pdf) and forward it with the required attachments to the ODHA office to my attention.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

All applications must be received in the Branch office no later than midnight April 30, 2008. Late or incomplete applications (a missing attachment will be considered as an incomplete application) will not be considered.

The successful applicants will be notified by May 31, 2008 and will be required to attend the AGM presentation. The decision will be made by the Branch officiating body and will not be subject to review.
